Our time at Avogrey Orchard has been filled with pride, joy, and incredible memories. Gisborne has provided the perfect backdrop for our family’s journey, but the time has come for David & Judi Grey to pass the torch.
We are officially announcing the sale of our property. It is rare for a place with so much heart, character, and beauty to come onto the market, and we hope it finds owners who will love it as deeply as we have, and who will continue to nurture the original Avogrey Avocados trees.
Thank you to all our customers, neighbours, friends, and supporters across the region who have helped make this place home over the years.
The Avogrey story doesn’t end with this sale! Selected growers across the country have Avogrey Greenskin trees coming into production – so with each season will come greater volumes and more widespread availability. The Grey family will continue to oversee the development, with our partners, of the BEST avocados here in NZ and further afield.
